- Rule changes and corrections. If a permit fee, renewal cycle, office or link on a checklist is wrong or has changed, send the page address and the official source that shows the current rule.
- Coverage requests. Tell us which cities and counties your truck works in that we do not cover yet.
- Product questions. Questions about checklists, documents, reminders, plans and the mobile binder.
- Your data. Requests to access, correct or delete personal data, as described in our privacy policy.
What we cannot help with
We cannot file, track or speed up a permit application with any city or county, and we cannot tell you whether your truck is compliant. For those questions, contact the issuing office directly; each checklist links to it. We do not give legal advice.
